Once, I woke up in the morning, starting a new life like a worm. Unbeknownst to me, my thoughts and actions have become one through practice and consistency. The swiftness of the mind and strength of the body work in tandem, propelling forward like an engine. I grabbed an apple, Quaker Oats and some biscuits to fuel my body.

Then, I strode out of the door without hesitation. Galloping towards the pull-up bar, I exerted my first force onto it. Novel stimulus triggers pain in the muscle tissues, leading to growth in the long run. Sprinting out of house in the desolate chill, I braced the chill, the rain and the challenge.

Now, the body sped up, the mind was decluttered. Being in the fields with no one else was the greatest feeling, clear of obstacles, troubles and worries. As time elapsed, sweat began to take over the freezing cold. Pace followed. Faster and stronger. Quicker and tougher.

Loops over loops. The chill was no longer there. Because the body transformed into warmth, satisfying and rewarding.
